Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online (as well as in your email). For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests.

Information retention

We keep your correspondence with us for 12 months. After that time, your information is deleted. In order to comply with EU GDPR, we also provide the following services:

  • You can at any time request that we remove all your correspondence with us

In order to avail of this service, please create a new support ticket. Please allow up to 30 days for your request to be completed.
